Shipping Policy
At TankDeal, we aim to process and deliver your aquarium products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, order tracking and other important information about deliveries within India.
Shipping Coverage
TankDeal currently ships orders within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders must be placed using a valid delivery address within India.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for dispatch and does not include the delivery time after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during periods of unusually high order volume may begin processing on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier network, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may require additional time.
Shipping Charges
TankDeal offers free shipping on orders above ₹500.
For orders of ₹500 or below, a flat shipping charge of ₹40 applies.
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available for your shipment, you can use it to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully check your:
- Recipient name
- House, flat or building number
- Street and locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Contact number
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays or prevent successful delivery.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at care@tankdeal.in as soon as possible.
We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once processing or shipping has progressed.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact us at care@tankdeal.in and include your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-dispatch cancellation. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information about eligible returns.
Delayed Orders
Most orders should arrive within the estimated delivery period, but occasional delays can occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, regional disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the available tracking information first.
If you still need assistance, contact us at care@tankdeal.in with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at care@tankdeal.in.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant. This information will help us review the issue.

Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries
A shipment may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, inability to contact the recipient or another delivery-related issue.
