TankDeal is an online store offering aquarium products, equipment and accessories to customers in India.
Our product range may include aquarium filters, filter media, lighting, pumps, CO₂ equipment, planted aquarium supplies, substrates, aquascaping products, fish food, water-care products, cleaning and maintenance supplies, aquarium accessories and other related products.

2. Using Our Website
You may use TankDeal for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You agree not to:

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If we cannot fulfil an ordered product, we may contact you regarding the available options, which may include cancellation and an applicable refund for the unavailable item.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on TankDeal in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise indicated.
We aim to keep prices accurate. However, pricing or technical errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilment to explain the issue and, where appropriate, provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.
We do not intend to charge a different price without informing you where a material pricing error has been identified before fulfilment.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order through TankDeal, you are making a request to purchase the products in your order.
You are responsible for checking the information provided during checkout, including:

9. Shipping Coverage
TankDeal currently ships within India only.
Orders must be placed using a valid delivery address within our supported shipping area.

10. Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays, regional disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Shipping Charges
TankDeal offers free shipping on orders above ₹500.
Orders of ₹500 or below are charged a flat ₹40 shipping fee.
Applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
12. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
This includes the recipient’s name, address, PIN code and appropriate contact information.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact care@tankdeal.in as soon as possible.
We will try to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has progressed.
13. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact care@tankdeal.in with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-dispatch cancellation.
After delivery, an eligible product may instead be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
14. Returns
Eligible products may be requested for return within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
For a standard return, products should generally be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging, accessories and included items.
Customers should contact us before sending a product back.
For approved returns under our policy, TankDeal covers the return shipping cost.

15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact care@tankdeal.in as soon as possible.
We may request information reasonably necessary to assess the issue, including:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Other relevant information
After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable requirements.
16. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method used for the order.
Once TankDeal has processed a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
We cannot control processing times imposed by independent financial institutions or payment providers.
17. Product Use and Installation
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following relevant manufacturer instructions, safety information and installation requirements.
Aquarium electrical equipment, pumps, heaters, lighting, CO₂ equipment and other technical products should be installed and operated according to the applicable instructions and intended use.
TankDeal is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, unsuitable electrical connections, failure to follow applicable instructions or use of a product outside its intended purpose, subject to applicable law.
18. Aquarium and Livestock Considerations
Aquarium conditions vary considerably between setups.
Product suitability may depend on factors including aquarium size, water parameters, livestock, plant requirements, existing equipment and maintenance practices.
General product information provided through TankDeal should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular biological outcome in an aquarium.
Customers remain responsible for considering the requirements of their aquarium and livestock when selecting and using products.
19. Customer Accounts
If you create a TankDeal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where permitted by applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or misuse.
20. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If TankDeal allows customers to submit product reviews or other content, you are responsible for the content you submit.
You should not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing or unrelated to the relevant product or service.

Submitting a review does not guarantee that it will be published.
